Creation
Created in Ignaldi by the Kingdom of Hargea to allow for the absorption of Lenuria as the Lenurian March without angering its ruler or the surrounding nations. It allowed the Kingdom of Hargea to secure their western border with the then expansionist Illistrian Empire while minimizing their own losses and ensuring some level of control and continual access across the Hargean Isthmus.
