Chutiin, and thus Chutiin Lords by extension, are combined the most common noble title for those involved in that administration of the state, handling most regional governance and reporting upwards to ease the burden of rule upon the respective Tetoani or Tlatoani. All Chutiin are well educated and often well respected by commoners and higher ranking nobles alike, and are held to standards equating to that level of respect.
