Frulam is a middle aged Hym woman of 35 years. She has mid-length black hair and a boxy face. She wears purple Robes of the Dragon, a mark of her rank within the Dragon Cult.

- Was married to Ordond Mondath, and helped him flee Sendeliar and the persecution of the Dragonling following the Dragon Cult's expulsion from the Union of the Northern Isle. She tended to the injuries he sustained in the fleeing, before eventually succumbing to them in 6025PB.
