A Dark Elnis woman with snow white hair and striking yet glazed over blue eyes. She wears thin dark robes and a black veil over her head, attaching the two with a clasp modeled after the head of an Andan Fox. She is followed everywhere by two Ferriket familiars, named Silva and Melis, both with jet black fur.

Istala, as is customary when becoming an Emissary of the Seer, is blind. Her connection with the seer gives her blindsight for 60ft though. Additionally, she is functionally immortal, being sustained by the Seer's innate magic

Emissary of the Seer

Is an Emissary for the Nellayotlni, collecting and maintaining Expirience, in addition to trading for early collection in the Seer's name. She became an apostle at the age of 40, starting her 8000 year term.

Based out of the Karkan Seer Spire acting as the Emissary for the region between the Wall of Solitude and the Central Hargean Mountains

Was selected by the Nellayotlni to act as an Emissary in his name at one of his Seer Spires located across Creation's Rest on the 39th of Windwatch, 52 Post Bleeding, due to her lived experiences during the Bleeding of Heaven and the value that the Nellayotlni perceived within her growth and conscious insight. Just under 2000 years later, she was relocated to the Karkan Seer Spire from the Andan Seer Spire

Her only motivations at this point in her life is to obtain as many expiriences as she can in the name of the Nellayotlni, and add her insight and perspective to them.
