For Each Innocent Slain by this blade, increase the Blemish Count of it by 1. Guilt left it with a Blemish Count of 2 before leaving it for Dread. The Sword determines if a person is "Innocent".
Additionally, when attuned to this sword, ones movement is reduced by 5ft for every Blemish Count past the first.
